The Timber Trade Federation is the voice of the UK timber industry and its Members are committed to delivering quality and service to their customers. One of the ways Members demonstrate this is through our Conduct Assurance Scheme and its associated Code of Conduct and Codes of Practice.
What is the Code of Conduct?
All Timber Trade Federation Members agree to abide by the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets out the principles by which Members agree to behave.
